What we could see from the outside. What we would only learn from you.

We are here because Reginald Love asked us to look closely at CINQCARE. Before this conversation we only had what is public: cinq.care, Grace at Home, Health Home, Moms, Care Medical, and the Grace at Home Patient Portal on athenahealth (practice 32399). That is enough to respect the stack. It is not enough to claim we know your queues, your markets, or how a Tuesday actually starts in the Bronx or in DC.

The screens in this session are examples only. They are a working map of a care layer that could sit on top of what you already run: yours, centralized, HIPAA by design. They are not a finished product, not a contract, and not a reconstruction of cinq.care. We would rather be taught. If a job on these screens is already solved, tell us. If a job is missing, that is the conversation we came for. The point of this mini-app is to have that conversation with something you can click, so later we can build the slice that is actually yours.

What we sketched from that

Examples only. Correct them. That is how we learn what to build.

  • A Family OS with a Member seat, a relative seat, and a Moms clock, instead of three websites and a generic portal.
  • A field day for the nurse already in the Bronx: route, voice note to a clean claim, match on language.
  • A morning operations room: ER pings, fax intake, SDOH loops that can prove the grab bar arrived.
  • A REACH cockpit and a one-pager a chief of staff can forward, instead of a slide deck.
